How Can severe Throat Pain Along With Dizziness Be Treated?
I burned my esophagus swallowing a steaming hot bite of nachos. I believe a piece of a chip also scratched my esophagus on the way down. Two days later I am having pain in my throat, esophagus, and what feels like my heart. I have been dizzy , with a few moments of ringing in my ears and have acid reflux as well, which is causing painful heartburn. Swallowing is painful and I can feel the inside of my throat as being inflamed and burned.I spent the day laying down. Should I be concerned? Thank you

It could be due to conditions like strep throat.
You can take antibiotics like Moxclav.
Do warm saline gargles and drink plenty of water.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
